1. Share Your Expertise, by Volunteering with Us 

Your skills and experience are invaluable. Whether you’re a medical professional, educator, IT expert, or have expertise in agriculture, your contribution can make a real difference.

• Medical & Nursing Specialists: Help train the next generation of healthcare heroes or provide direct care to those who need it most.
  
  
• IT Experts: Help us build and maintain our telemedicine and eHealth systems, bringing vital healthcare to even the most remote areas.
  
  
• Biomedical Engineer: Your expertise can help strengthen the knowledeg, skills and competencies of our local technicians in the use and maintenance hospital equipment.
  
  
• Management and Leadership Expert: Help our staff and trainees discover and own the transformational power of critical thinking and “Soft Skills”, in management, leadership, strategic advocacy and team building. 
  
  
• Agribusiness Specialists: Support our programs that empower communities through improved crop preservation, food security and nutrition, particularly for vulnerable women and children.

Volunteer with us in Africa or sponsor a Visiting Faculty Member to share their expertise and help build local capacity.

2. Sponsor Life-Changing Care 

Your financial contribution can directly impact lives by providing critical healthcare services to those in need. Here are just a few examples:

• Sponsor Critical Surgeries: Fund life-changing surgeries for children with conditions like blindness, deafness, or other disabilities, and transfor their life prospects.
• Sponsor a school child from a rural area or a poor family background suffering from poor eyesight and at risk of early dropout from school, to be fully assessed and fitted with a solid pair of glasses.
  
  
• Fund Cataract Surgeries: Help restore sight to the still many in sub-Saharan Africa suffering from needless and preventable blindness from cataract, including newborn and todlers, who without timely surgery, will go blindfor the rest of their lives.
  
  
• Support Agricultural Training: Empower rural women with training in modern agriculture, aquaculture, or income generating skills, providing them with sustainable income and improving theirs and their households’ nutrition.

Help us spread the word! As a DE HEALTH Ambassador, you can use your voice and network to raise awareness about our mission and impact.

• African Diaspora: If you’re part of the African Diaspora, you can play a crucial role in mobilizing support for healthcare improvements on the continent.
• Social Media Advocate or Influencer: Share our stories and successes on social media to inspire others to join our cause. Every little help counts.

4. Join Our Circle of Support: The DE HEALTH Honor Society
